1.      Welcome/ Introductions	31 attendees (phone and in person) 10 health care provider organization practices being represented today 17 health organizations represented
2.      Review minutes	Reviewed March minutes	Will post to website
3.      Patient Satisfaction	Derrick Maidl and Julia Crist Goal to standardized and be able to benchmark against each other.  Project was changed to focus on TCU. 3 standardized questions were agreed on	Julia will be project manager Change third question to three pronged answer FV And HE not yet ready to report this time but will for next reporting.
4.      Development of Common Quality Metrics	Derrick, James and Julia. Goal is to standardize how different groups in the Alliance are asking data from our SNF (TCU) partners.  Oct 2016 Impact legislation playing a factor. Discussed current measures, definitions, benchmarks (removing goals)	Hand project back to Julia Derrick and James to make “press release” for the facilities.
5.      Current Alliance SHO dissemination	Getting Published in the Annals of Long-Term care this month!  Ali posted more of the “why/how” on the blog.  Ongoing work groups: ~ yearly review Q January (Ali, Robyn,  Cathy L, Terry M, and Clemencia R) ~Booth at next MMDA ~Booth at MDonna (Robyn will reach out to Stacy Lind)	Continue upkeep/dissemination: Topics article to come?
6.      High Risk Medication Education project	Vanessa Kasper and Ali Romstad. Vanessa presented results from survey monkey from our collective practices. Vanessa presented (new) current education module that all practices to can use (free) to teach new hires. Still working on case studies and position statement Continue work in task groups	Continue work on case studies (Vanessa to send out Doodle) Continue to work on position statement.
7.      CPOE	No discussion
8.      Controlled Stubstance prescribing in SNFs/ALs	Greg Leierwood. Discussion about provider/group standardization on discharging patients. Pain control vs tolerable pain Discussion about different pain scales. Goal is not “0”
9.      Potential new projects	Still looking for student match on below projects: ·         INR facility protocols ·         Web site	Cont to look for clinical students looking for projects.
10.  Alliance next steps	Rich discussion about adding admin/support staff – future options of 501c(pf) vs further discussion about joining MMDA	Cathy Lauring will join with Ali for joint facilitator role. Continue current discussions with MMDA
